Welcome to Island Winds East #408, the perfect condo for your next vacation! This beachfront 2BR/2BA unit has amazing views of the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico and white sand beaches that have made Gulf Shores famous. Plus, Island Winds East is the first condo on West Beach Boulevard, so you're just steps from the center of town. You're just steps from the beach volleyball championships, the Hangout Music Festival, the Shrimp Festival and Gulf Shores main public beach. There's also so many great restaurants, shops and night life that are in walking distance. It is the perfect location. What's more, this condo is gorgeous. You may just stare at the million dollar view, but there's an updated kitchen, granite and absolutely beautiful decor throughout the condo. The pictures speak for themselves. You will not be disappointed with the idea of relaxing in this beautiful setting. The unit sleeps six with a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit has a fully stocked kitchen, a private balcony, stackable washer & dryer, smart TV, and high-end cotton linens The complex has an outdoor pool (seasonally heated in the spring and fall), charcoal grilling area, gazebo, and beach boardwalk.  Parking is limited to one (1) car. You will receive an email in advance of your arrival to register and pay for your parking pass. If you do not receive it, please let us know. You must complete this step in advance of your arrival. Upon arrival, you will need to visit the Island Winds East front desk to pick up your parking pass. ***Please note that exterior construction work will be taking place at Island Winds East Monday - Friday, 9/8/25 - 11/3/25 (excluding Shrimp Festival – no work will take place during that time). Rent rates have already been discounted to reflect the construction and noise.**
