We are CA transplants from September of 2020. We love it here and have also a 100-acre property in Rudy, AR with 5 cabins on it, 4 currently available for short-term rental. We currently reside in Alma, AR.

Be our guest at the Beland Mansion in the Blooming Garden Room in this 7,000 sq ft grand colonial w/ 6 private guest suites (approximately 5,000 sq ft available to guests). The Blooming Garden (upstairs) has peaceful views & king size canopy bed. The home has the following shared features: stylish relaxing living room, tastefully designed gathering room & a light & fun game room w/ a pool table & lots of seating. All rooms have a smart tv & wifi access. Centrally located. The home is not a bed & breakfast but has that same cozy feel. The heat and air is shared amongst 4 rooms. They are not individually temperature controlled. Hot water takes a few minutes to get to the room, but it gets there hot!
