We are CA transplants from September of 2020. We love the area, and we also have 100-acres in Rudy, AR with 5 cabins, 4 are currently available for short-term rental. We currently reside in Alma, AR.

Be our guest at the Beland Manor in the Blue Jay Suite in this 7,000 sq ft grand colonial w/ 6 private guest suites (approximately 5,000 sq ft available to guests). The Blue Jay Suite (upstairs) is bright & snuggly with a king size bed! The home has the following shared features: stylish relaxing living room, tastefully designed gathering room & a light & fun game room w/ a pool table & lots of seating. All rooms have a smart tv & wifi access. Centrally located. The home is not a bed & breakfast but has that same cozy feel. Smoking is allowed outside, just not within the building.

Located in the heart of Fort Smith, 55 minutes from University of Arkansas, right close to UAFS and the Fort Smith airport, lots of restaurants and shopping on the main street.
