The small, well-appointed kitchen is equipped with a popcorn maker, crockpot, and blender as well as all major appliances. Things to Know A leash is required for dogs. There is no potable drinking water at the home. Guests must provide their own water for drinking, cooking, and making ice. This home is not accessible friendly. Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
