Nice deck and lower area around back for outside dining. Fenced yard. Not a pet-free home. No blankets or linens supplied. Propane Grill, Tenants do not have access to garage or outside awning. CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: Please note, all guests must agree/complete a Rental Agreement within 48hrs of reservation being made. Final confirmation of the booking is made upon completing the rental agreement and final owner approval. Unless otherwise stated rentals are one week minimum and typically Saturday to Saturday.
