The private property of the Dunes community includes an outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, beach access, community grilling area and fitness center. Walking distance from the beach, you will have no trouble getting your fill of sandy toes! An open concept kitchen and living area layout, that has plenty of room for the entire family. Beautiful views streaming in from your own private balcony. The well-equipped kitchen has everything needed to whip up a local seafood dish, stocked with pots/pans/utensils. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony and take in the dazzling views. Relax after a day on the beach in the comfortable living space with a sleeper sofa. The peaceful bedroom features a king-size bed. Bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The hallway has a bunkbed featuring two twin-size beds. *You must be at least 25 to rent at The Dunes. No parking of trailers, RV's or watercraft allowed onsite. For the total comfort of our guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. Yet, seasoning ingredients are not provided for the safety of our guests. Getting Around: Take I-59 until you see the turn for Fort Morgan Road.
