Our guest apartment can be described as a space that is a bit soft/a bit industrial; traditional decor. The apartment has exposed brick and plaster, high ceilings with ceiling fans and abundant overhead/lamp/task lighting. This is NOT a "studio" apartment, it is just on the second floor of our photography studio. It is a full-size apartment, larger than it appears in the images posted here; a total of 1300 square feet with a large common area (living room, dining room, kitchen) and the master bedroom and bath are very accommodating. The Kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/dishes/utensils. Free dedicated guest parking just below the apartment entrance at the stairs. There is a smaller guest bed and bath at the front of the apartment and laundry area that provides a full-size washer and dryer. There is a wooden deck at the front entrance of the apartment. It is partially covered, has outdoor furniture, gas grill, and galvanized ice buckets for beverages. Only 38 miles from Fort Leonard Wood, 54 from Springfield, and easy access to Lake of the Ozarks.

Hey there! John and Donna Karch here. We are professional photographers and owners of an awesome studio space in historic downtown Lebanon, Missouri - Commercial Street Studio. Directly above our photography studio sets this adorable two-bedroom/two-bath apartment fully furnished with all the modern amenities. John and I are both retired (still quite young at heart though) and have decided to fill our time photographing people and our travels across the country. We are Harley riders and like getting out on the back roads of Missouri. If the roads are too rough for two wheels, we have the Jeep to get further into the wilderness :-) Stop by and stay awhile; there is a lot to see and do in this area.
