This cozy studio apartment offers comfort and simplicity with a private entrance and dedicated parking for one car (extra parking available upon request). Inside, you’ll find a queen-size bed, a futon for one guest, and a compact bathroom with a narrow shower. The space has a pretty, inviting décor, and large windows let in natural light. The kitchenette is equipped with a portable burner, microwave, fridge, air fryer, and coffee maker, perfect for preparing light meals. A few steps lead up to the entrance. Surrounded by mature trees and local wildlife, the property has a peaceful, natural feel guests often enjoy spotting birds, squirrels, and other small animals around the yard.

We’re a young couple who first came to Gainesville to attend the University of Florida and after graduating, we loved the city so much we decided to stay. I’m your host, Michelle, and I have a particular fondness for nature, plants, and all things artsy/crafty. We’re excited to share our cozy studio with visitors and hope you enjoy Gainesville as much as we do.

The studio is located in a quiet family neighborhood just off a main avenue, giving you both tranquility and easy access to the best of Gainesville. You’ll be: 10 minutes from the University of Florida, Shands Hospital, and The Oaks Mall 5 minutes from North Florida Hospital Things to do nearby include exploring the Florida Museum of Natural History, the Butterfly Rainforest, Kanapaha Botanical Gardens, and the Harn Museum of Art. Outdoor lovers can visit Paynes Prairie Preserve State Park or take a stroll through Depot Park downtown. Plus, you’ll find plenty of local restaurants, coffee shops, and live music venues that make Gainesville unique.
