A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses. CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions. CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day. MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates. PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking passes maximum included in reservation cost. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

Gulfside Townhome 10 is a two (2) Bedroom, two and a half (2 ½) Bathroom 1198 sq ft townhome located directly on the white sugary sands of the Gulf of Mexico in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Two (2) parking passes maximum included in reservation cost. THE PROPERTY    Primary Bedroom: King Bed, Twin Trundle underneath Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Sleeper Sofa in Living Room  This charming townhome is located directly on the beach in the heart of Gulf Shores. This unit is within walking distance of the Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, and the Diner. Enjoy the beach, swim in the pool, or just relax on your balcony.  The main living space is outfitted with contemporary furnishings including a Queen sleeper sofa and HDTV. The dining table has seating for 6. There are two additional seats at the Kitchen Bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances, pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, and glassware you’ll need to make yourself at home during your Gulf Shores vacation.  The Primary Bedroom has a King Bed, private desk, storage, a Twin trundle bed, and a HDTV. The Primary Bedroom also enjoys a private full bath. The Guest Bedroom has Queen Bed with HDTV. The Guest Bath has access from the Guest Bedroom and the Hallway. Both upstairs bathrooms feature a shower/tub combination. There is a half bath on the first floor.
