Located around several of the best beaches in the world (according to Condé Nast), including Hapuna Beach, Mauna Kea Beach, and the Waikoloa beaches. And bordering the rear of the property is State of Hawaii land, further adding to the privacy and beauty of the large yard. This enchanting beach cottage is framed by monkeypod trees, a treasure that provides shade in the warm coastal climate. It also offers a lovely outdoor shower that is perfect for rinsing off after a terrific day at the beach and an expansive grassy lawn with beach chairs where you can unwind and read a favorite book. Another great perk is the sizeable wraparound lanai flanked by a lava rock wall featuring an outdoor dining area and a gas grill perfect for summertime cookouts. Upon entering, you will discover a welcoming living area with wall-to-wall windows and a Roku smart TV with cable. Prepare exquisite homemade meals and treats in the coastal-themed kitchen equipped with all the essentials. Other perks include partial air-conditioning, four adult bikes, and three boogie boards.
