Put your favorite music on the stereo, relax, and prepare delicious meals. Then, gather around the dining table. This two-story home sleeps four guests between two bedrooms. Rest soundly in the second-floor primary bedroom, which features a full-size bed and flat-screen TV with cable. Step out to the private balcony to sip coffee and enjoy the partial ocean views. In the second bedroom, you’ll find two twin-size beds and another private balcony. Between the two bedrooms, the guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
