2/2 condo. Sleeps 6. Master: Queen. 2nd bedroom: 2 Full's. No pets. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. This is a family friendly complex. Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced between 10 PM- 9 AM. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This condo comes with 2 parking passes and 6 wristbands. If you have more than 2 vehicles there is parking less than 1 mile away. No trailers, campers or RV's allowed. No portable grills or open flames. No smoking inside the condo or on the patio. No pets allowed. Family friendly condo with no tolerance for profanity or vulgar music. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed.
