This comfortable four bedroom duplex has 2 bedrooms ( 2 queens) and 2 bathrooms on first floor and 2 bedrooms(1 queen and 2 twins/1 bunk) and 1 bathroom on the second floor. The spacious kitchen has granite counter tops, plenty of preparation space, and a pass thru to the living/dining area. As well as the ocean side screen porch, there is a wooden deck that is perfect for early morning sunrise coffee or shady afternoon cocktails. There is an outside elevator to transport a person or luggage and groceries. This house has access to the Beach and Racquet Club with pools, playground, and fitness rooms. The small front porch features sunset evenings.

Harbor Island is a peaceful, gated community located 14 miles (22 km) east of Beaufort, South Carolina. It has three outdoor pools, tennis courts, a putting green, and three miles of pure, untamed, sandy white beach create a private vacation playground unlike any other. The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 - November 1. ** Please note there is enough parking for up to 4 vehicles at this property. Parking spaces are unassigned** Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!
