Welcome to Haven House- Private luxury hosted room and bath -East Hill area. This is a newly built home and we opened fall of 2022. We are eco-based- organic linens and towels, soaps, filtered shower, room air purifiers, organic coffee and tea breakfast service, within minutes of downtown and the bridge to Pensacola Beach. Workspace provided and high-speed Wi-Fi. Front porch overlooking park. You will have access to the room, bathroom, front porch, and community breakfast area on the upstairs landing. Laundry paid options, as well as, pick up/drop off from airport. Quiet time from 10 pm to 6 am. No smoking, drugs, parties--- this is a haven for our guests. Parking is across the street/park side. We look forward to your stay! Let us know if we can assist in any way prior or during your stay.

Located in East Hill, Pensacola... we are just a few blocks from the bay park and water access, a few minutes from downtown, and to the bridge to Gulf Breeze and Pensacola Beach. There is a lovely park across the street and often electric bikes you can rent to tour the area. East Hill is quaint and peaceful with numerous eating places, parks, and access to the rest of Pensacola.
