Directly across the street from Brevard College, this cottage is right in the middle of the quaint, yet bustling down town area.
Onsite parking provided at no cost (home driveway). Two medium-sized SUVs can fit in the driveway, one in front of the other. One Large truck and one smaller vehicle would also be able to fit in the driveway.
