All-New Shower, Vanity, Coffee/Tea bar w/ fridge and microwave. Heated Pool, Tiki Bar and Grill with daily meal and drink specials. Live music too! Beautiful Marina steps from your door...Bring your boat or rent one! Minutes drive to SRQ airport, USF, New College, IMG Academy, Downtown Sarasota, St. Armand's Circle & All area beaches! Other things to note Rental age restrictions: -This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25. - Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property. - Breakfast is NOT included - Daily housekeeping NOT included -Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee. *Due to online booking policies, some payments may need to be submitted after the booking is reserved and confirmed.
