The home's spacious, split-level floor plan comes beautifully appointed for family-friendly enjoyment. Soak up the sunshine in the fully screened pool or relax on the breezy furnished lanai. Fire up the gas grill for poolside barbecues. In the evenings, unwind in the living room while streaming shows and movies on the 75-inch smart TV. Each bedroom also comes equipped with a smart TV for added entertainment options. Plan at-home meals with ease in the large, open kitchen equipped with all the major appliances, cookware, and serving utensils you'll need, plus a dishwasher for quick cleanup. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
