This gorgeous two-story Utah home boasts all of your favorite amenities, a private pool, hot tub, foosball table, and five bedrooms! Under the sun, spend your afternoons dipping into the pool's turquoise water, best paired with cookouts on the gas grill. Evenings outside can be warmly spent around the firepit. Inside, the open layout maximizes family time. The living room's oversized sofa, smart TV, and gas fireplace lend themselves to movie viewings. Steps from here, the full kitchen positively gleams with its stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and breakfast bar. A haven of tranquil peace, the primary bedroom is expansive and full of light. The en suite bedroom boasts a soaking tub, large vanity, and walk-in shower. Rest assured that no one's comfort will go unattended to as the additional four bedrooms are just as inviting - all lined with high-quality linens and central air. A separate laundry room ties together the home's great amenities. Within quick driving distance of your stay, enjoy visiting Sand Hollow State Park, Sky Mountain Golf Course, Fort Zion, and the St. George Musical Theater. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Pool Heat: During the months of Nov-April, for the pool to be heated, you will need to pay the pool fee of 225 dollars. From May-Oct, there is no pool fee because the outside temperature is so hot there is no need to heat it.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. An optional fee of USD 250 per stay is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
