Location is the best you can find on AirBNB! The LavacaCasa is an escape in Southtown SA. Steps from the Hemisfair, King William, the Alamodome, the Alamo, the Convention Center, the Riverwalk & San Antonio's best restaurants! Walk or ride a scooter anywhere downtown. This 120-year-old cottage has been masterfully renovated with modern bohemian decor. Relax inside or on a rocking chair on the front porch or next to the fire pit in the backyard! The new lounge pool and deck is ready! Pool is 15x8
We are available at anytime by text or phone!
Southtown encompasses a large creative community and is unique with a mix of artists, locally-owned bars, coffee shops, boutiques, museums and art galleries. It also includes King William, a Victorian-inspired neighborhood filled with history and charm. Guests are walking just steps from restaurants such as The Battalion, Rosario’s, Maverick and my favorite sandwich shop The Filling Station. Also steps away are great bars such as The Friendly Spot, Bar America, the historic Rathskeller, Beethoven’s old German hangout and many more! Steel City Pops is a stone’s throw away if you want some sweets instead! You truly can’t get a home closer to downtown! You’ll absolutely love the location. We have a driveway for parking but you are so close to everything you may not need a car! You’re walking distance to downtown and a short Uber ride to The Pearl, the zoo, the Witte museum, the Doseum and much more!
