My wife and I, along with her parents, bought this historic building in downtown Hot Springs. We spent the last 1+ years completing a total rehab on this beautiful building. With the help of family, a great contractor, and a vision for the right design, we finished the project March 2024. We love this building and its absolutely perfect location. It will be a great asset to downtown Hot Springs.

NO onsite parking. There is a paid public Parking Garage on one side of the building and paid street parking all throughout downtown. There's also free street parking on Court St. which is one street over, and a few other streets in downtown are free. Between 6pm-8am Monday-Saturday and on Sunday all parking is free downtown. Look up downtown Hot Springs parking online and there is a map with rates and information about the downtown parking app.
