My wife and I, along with her parents, bought this historic building in downtown Hot Springs. We spent the last 1+ years completing a total rehab on this beautiful building. With the help of family, a great contractor, and a vision for the right design, we finished the project March 2024. We love this building and its absolutely perfect location. It will be a great asset to downtown Hot Springs. We communicate through the Airbnb messaging app

Fully renovated in 2024. This beautiful historic building, located in the heart of downtown Hot Springs, sits on the National Registry of Historic Places. Walk to Bathhouses, Trails, Restaurants! KEY FEATURES: ☀ King-sized bed w/ high end Centium Satin linens ☀ Kitchenette w/ specialty coffee & cocktail equipment ☀ Shared front and back patio’s w/ fire pits ☀ 55” Roku TV w/ Hulu + Live subscription ☀ Fiber Internet ☀ Locally roasted coffee ☀ Mountain Valley Spring Water NO onsite parking. There is a paid public Parking Garage on one side of the building and paid street parking all throughout downtown. There's also free street parking on Court St. which is one street over, and a few other streets in downtown are free. Between 6pm-8am Monday-Saturday and on Sunday all parking is free downtown. Look up downtown Hot Springs parking online and there is a map with rates and information about the downtown parking app.
