Vibrant, young, safe and very touristy neighborhood of the area. It is a historic district of Tampa that boasts great nightlife, family friendly activities, and convenience to all that Tampa has to offer! Please note: Although the neighborhood is regarded as touristy and overall safe, this is not in a pristine suburban looking neighborhood. This is an urban multi cultural area! It is rich with people of all cultures & races & is quickly gentrifying with many new builds! Uber and Lyft is recommend
