Our innkeepers are avid local enthusiasts and love to hike, bike and enjoy the natural beauty of the Pikes Peak region. We love to share special out of the way places to enjoy, the best restaurants, attractions and activities.

Property information

Three side-by-side Victorian homes near historic Old Colorado City district and close to attractions, shopping, restaurants, museums, arts and culture and outdoor activities. Antiques and spacious guest suites are hallmarks of this boutique-style bed and breakfast inn. Please note that check-in is between 4-6 p.m. Should you need to arrive after 6 p.m., please contact us for advance arrangements. Due to housekeeping/sanitation procedures, we ask for your understanding that we cannot accommodate check-ins prior to 4 p.m. NOTE: Holden House is an ADULTS ONLY property (over age 21).

Neighbourhood information

Quiet and historic era tree-lined residential neighborhood with off-street parking and lovely gardens to enjoy fountains and complimentary evening wine social. Garden of the Gods, the U.S. Olympic Museum, Downtown and Historic Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs are nearby (1-5 miles). Museums, cultural activities, trails and open space, restaurants and art galleries within walking or easy drive.
