The location of this condo is incredible! It is literally steps from the Park City Mountain Resort parking lot, complete with amenities! There is one parking spot that comes with the unit and needs to display a parking pass (absolutely no exceptions). Large (1,000 sq ft) condo with full kitchen, 2 bathrooms! Hot tub, pool, gym, and gas fire pit are bonuses! Updated kitchen with new appliances and new counter top. Newly installed portable AC in the bedroom!
