20 minutes for LAX, Convenient to Sofi/Forum/Youtube all within 3 min drive or 12 minute walk. The Clippers Intuit arena is less that 2 miles away where you can park and walk or hope in your Uber.

Morningside part is considered one of the best location in the city of Inglewood. Modest single family homes, safe tree lined streets within minutes of Southern California major concert and sporting events
