This updated Iron Horse 1 bedroom offers comfort and style within an updated unit with large private deck. This location is at the base of the Winter Park resort and provides a ski-in/ski-out experience for guests. During the summer season, there will be a free shuttle for transportation and is an easy walk to the Base Village area for shopping and dining. The kitchen area has new granite counter-tops, tiled floors, new appliances and provides an open view to the main living room. There is seating for 2 at the counter. The living room offers a gas fireplace, flat screen and small dining area to enjoy meals. A Murphy bed is a comfortable Queen that can be stored away to enjoy more living space during the day and the sofa sleeper will provide extra room for guests. The private balcony and wifi make enjoying the day off the slopes easy. The main bathroom has also been updated with new vanity, faucet, tiled shower enclosure and flooring. Please note: The Iron Horse property is located on the skier's corridor from Mary Jane to the base of Winter Park. All skiers will need to be an intermediate level or higher to access the ski-in/ski-out feature of the property. There is also 150 y

This property is located with ski-in/ski-out access to the Winter Park Ski Resort and 1/8 of a mile from the base village that offers restaurants and shops.
