Island Charmer has a wonderful layout.The adjoining room can be left open or closed off depending on how many guests you have or what they are doing, as the office desk and chair are there, as well as the sleep sofa. This makes for a nice 3rd bedroom if needed. Lots of windows for cheery morning light and a view of the lush foliage! The hallway behind leads to the guest bathroom, complete with tub shower, and you will find next to this the guest bedroom. At the end of the hall is the master bedroom, ensuite bathroom with shower. The home is cozy and quaint with plenty of room to relax and play. Everything is conveniently on one floor so no steps to contend with. The yard is shaded in some parts, perfect for a restful afternoon with island breezes to enjoy, and has a nice fire pit for warmth or ambiance. It is fully fenced mostly for smaller dogs, and lush landscape gives a nice tropical feel.
