8th Floor Beachfront Condo at Island Winds West is situated in the heart of Gulf Shores. Island Winds West is the first complex on West Beach Boulevard, so you are in walking distance to many of the attractions and events. This is THE best location in town and the beachfront views are second to none. This immaculate unit has been recently renovated and is just gorgeous with new paint, decor, a king mattress, and new queen-sized sleeper sofa. Features include: Gulf front and side views, fully equipped kitchen, convenient location to downtown, gulf front pool, kiddie pool, walk to restaurants and shops, hang out and shrimp festival favorite, washer and dryer, cable TV and DVD. The unit sleeps 4 with a king bed (brand new mattress as of May '22) in the bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in living room and high-end cotton linens. Complex Amenities; Outdoor pool, kiddie pool, fitness room, and BBQ area Be sure to book this unit early for the Shrimp Festival and Hangout Music Festival because it is in high demand. Parking is limited to one (1) car. You will receive an email in advance of your arrival to register and pay for your parking pass. If you do not receive it, please let us know. You must complete this step in advance of your arrival. Upon arrival, you will need to visit the Island Winds East front desk to pick up your parking pass.
