This colorful Gulf front condo is located on the sixth floor with a view of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy beach-themed decor with blue accents with carpet and tiles. The large open dining and living areas open onto the oversized balcony. The condo includes two DVD players, VCR, a CD stereo system, and a private washer/dryer. The hallway bathroom has a single sink, tub, and vanity. The kitchen has white cabinets, green countertops, and a bar area with stools. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, and all the dishes, pots, and utensils to prepare and serve meals. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
