Rustic Italian themed home with two bedrooms and one bathroom. It can sleep up to six or more. Includes one queen-sized bed, one full-sized bed and an oversized sofa with ottoman in the living room that can sleep two adults. Kitchen is equipped with everything that you would need to prepare amazing meals: a gas stove, dishwasher, disposal, place settings for 8, including red, white, champagne and martini glasses. Extras include coffee maker with fresh ground Italian coffee, a pizza stone, crockpot, blender, a variety of herbs and spices, and more. There are three Samsung 4k UHD Smart TVs, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. Wi-Fi with ultra-high-speed internet service and Xfinity cable. There is a very PRIVATE outdoor hot tub for up to five people with Bluetooth speakers and party lights. Other outdoor amenities include a chiminea (with firewood provided), seating, cornhole, and an LP gas grill. Perfect for entertaining.
This home has been beautifully renovated and furnished with new high-quality furniture. So please, absolutely NO PETS and NO SMOKING. This property is not suitable for infants or children under the age of 12.
I've been a resident of Fort Collins since 2001. I enjoy making furniture and renovating older homes. I love white water rafting, snowboarding, camping, music festivals and generally spending time outdoors with quality friends. Wherever you choose to stay, I hope you enjoy Fort Collins!
