The property is located on the private Golf by the fairways (Pinderosa and Pinon Golfs). Apartment and Bedroom Deluxe are separate and located in quiet residential area. The apartment is located on ground floor but there is one step up to the kitchen and one step up to the bathroom. Bedroom Deluxe is located in the backyard of the residence and access may be through the walk side way or through the main entrance of the private residence. Both apartment and bedroom are attached to the house. Both have their private access. Bedroom has also access to the common area and main kitchen. Apartment and bedroom deluxe feature: - free parking - free Internet WiFI - satellite TV - flat screen. The apartment include a king size bed, with small room with trundle twin size beds, bathroom and full equipped kitchen. The queen size bedroom has also a sofa-bed and include a private Italian-French shower with dual shower heads. A gourmet breakfast is included in the bedroom deluxe. Access to the Golf is immediate. The hot springs spa are about 7 min away from the private residence. The ski slopes and Wolf creek are approximately 25-30 min away from the house.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area. Views of the golf and the mountainous ridges are astonishing. Several antics shops and micro-breweries are located in Pagosa Springs. 7 min away. the hot springs of Pagosa are known as the deepest in the world (they tried to measure its depth but never reach the bottom). We are surrounded by rivers (Chama, West Fork, San Juan and Piedra). Numerous recreational and fishing lakes. Discounted price for playing on the Golf course. We are also located close to the Navajo lake and Navajo State park. Hundreds of hiking, horse back riding and ATV trails. We are very friendly to dogs and dogs are welcome. However, there is a single fee for the stay. It is the guests responsibility to inform about their dog(s).
