Our tiny home is situated in the back yard, so you won't have to deal with rowdy guest or people hanging out. Please give me a call a day before check in so that I can give precise directions on how to get in and driving directions. And again thank you for choosing me.

This will be my 1st time hosting. I became a host because I stayed in a lot of hotels, air bnbs and a lot just didn't have what I needed. I wanted to change that. JAMMS is pretty cool, small but very comfy for those people that like to take hot showers, our hot water don't stop. And the cool thing about our Airbnb is, we know you will love it here.
Our neighborhood is really quiet so please no loud music or hanging out. We or located about 15 to 30 min from everything.
