LIVING ROOM: As you enter the apartment, you're immediately welcomed into the open concept floor plan. This bright, thoughtfully designed area also features a cozy sofa, stylish chairs, and a mounted TV for relaxed evenings making it both stylish and functional. The sleeper sofa easily converts into a queen bed. KITCHEN: Flowing from the living area, make your way to the kitchen. It's fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is ample cabinet space, beautiful smooth countertops, and modern light fixtures that add a touch of luxury. The island adds additional kitchen prep space and includes 4 stools for dining, while a separate dining table also seats up to 4 guests. BEDROOM: To the left of the living room rewind in this large primary bedroom. Created with style and comfort, get a night's rest in this king-size bed surrounded by a fluted wood accent wall. There is also a dresser, a closet, and a full- length mirror and a white noise machine, to make your stay more comfortable. BATHROOM: Steps away from the kitchen is the bathroom designed for comfort and functionality. There is a walk-in shower with a fun art deco tile. The double vanity features two sinks with a large modern mirror, allowing plenty of space for couples or guests traveling together. The bathroom is also stocked with basic amenities any guest would need, ensuring a convenient and relaxing stay. THE BUILDING: This apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator in this apartment building. Additionally, each apartment includes one parking spot in the driveway. Please note that the parking area is compact, so larger vehicles may find it difficult to park.
