THE LAYOUT: KITCHEN: As you enter the apartment, step into a bright and thoughtfully designed open-concept kitchen. It's fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A separate coffee bar features a coffee maker and basic coffee essentials. There is ample cabinet space and beautiful, smooth countertops that add a touch of luxury. The large island offers the perfect spot for prepping food or dining. BATHROOM: To the kitchen's right is a spacious spa-like bathroom designed for comfort and style. A large soaking tub is at its heart—a separate walk-in shower with sleek glass doors and modern tile. The double vanity features two sinks with a large modern mirror, allowing plenty of space for couples or guests traveling together. The bathroom is also stocked with basic amenities any guest would need, ensuring a convenient and relaxing stay. BEDROOM: Step through the stunning historic double rounded doors that warmly welcome you into the spacious bedroom—leave them open for a seamless flow or close them to enjoy a private, cozy retreat. Sink into a cozy queen size bed while watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, bordering a beautiful view of Broadway. There is also a bureau, a closet, a full- length mirror, a white noise sound machine, and a sofa to make your stay more comfortable. THE BUILDING: The apartment is located on the second floor and shares access to the building. For convenience, all guests have access to shared laundry facilities located in the basement. Additionally, there is one parking spot in the driveway provided per guest.
