Stay in the closest (20-30 minute bus ride) legal vacation rental to Times Square, New York City.
Most comfortable memory foam new beds ( 2 queens! and other beds).

Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Jersey City Heights is just west of very posh Hoboken and north of Journal Square area of Jersey City.
Mini buses take you to NYC. Frequency: every 2-5 minutes during rush hour and 5-10 minutes other time. bus ticket.
Via app(like shared uber) for two bucks to any other place in jersey city
Bus to Journal Square PATH
6 Minutes walk to bus stop.
Uber/Lyft to NYC Ferry, PATH trains at Journal Square, Hoboken, Grove Street, Newport, Exchange Place
