Whether you are two couples or a family of many, this condo is the perfect set up to ensure relaxation, privacy and an incredible Maui experience! **Temporary Closure of Beach Stairway: Please be advised that the stairway leading from the Bay Villas (Bldg 21) down to Oneloa Beach will be closed from November 17th, 2025 through December 19th, 2025. The existing rail system will be demolished and replaced, and the work will involve jackhammering of concrete and metal cutting, which will result in elevated noise levels in the area.  The buildings most affected by this work will be buildings 20 and 21. During this time, guests can access the beach via the beach trail which starts on the ocean side of Building 36.

Enjoy many wonderful restaurants and prestigious golf courses just steps from the villa. This property features four swimming pools, and recreation and barbecue areas. There is plenty of free parking and there are no additional daily resort fees at this resort. There are also great trails to explore; all within walking distance you can enjoy the Kapalua Coastal Hiking Trail and the Mahana Ridge Hiking trail. Please note this resort has no elevators. This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays. Our on-island team provides: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. Complimentary concierge service is available to all My Perfect Stays guests.
