A spacious oceanfront balcony is situated off the living area, perfect for entertaining and taking in the views. It's also conveniently furnished with an outdoor dining area. The kitchen and dining area also offer great ocean views through the transom windows above the living room sliding glass doors. Prepare exquisite culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. This level comprises a hall closet with a washer/dryer and a guest bedroom. Upstairs, you will find an oceanfront primary suite with a large smart TV, an oceanfront balcony, and an en suite bathroom with a custom tile shower and skylights. A third bedroom can be found on this level as well.
