Relax at this unique tropical canal front house with direct Tomoka River access. Accessible by boat or car with waterway that connects to the Intracoastal. Bring your boat, jet-ski or kayak and dock it at the property. The house is located 10 minutes from Ormond beach and 20 minutes from Daytona Beach. Public boat ramp is within walking distance. This private fully fenced house is located in a quiet biker neighborhood that explodes with visitors during Daytona bike week with multiple concerts.
