Closest Waterfront campground to Starved Rock State Park Situated on the beautiful sandy shores of the Illinois River directly across from Starved Rock State Park. We are the closest campground to the state park. Each campsite comes with a picnic table and firepit with swing away grill grate. We have Kayak Rentals and Guided Kayak Tours onsite.
