This property is like your home away from home. It is equipped with the usual home amenities to make living here for your vacation your home away from home. Kitchen has everything you could want or need for cooking and preparing meals. A BBQ is in the garage so feel free to use but clean and put back in the garage after using it. The TV has been upgraded to a 55" Roku TV and Spectrum cable is the provider. If you have any issues contact me to assist you. Outages are rare but can happen. You can live stream most apps by using your login codes for Netflix, Prime, Max or other paid services. Look for the Spectrum Icon if you ust want to watch basic TV. There are ample supplies to give you peace of mind for your stay. There is no food left here so local shopping can fill your needs very well . Location is somewhat secluded but close to everything Southwest Harbor. There is a circulating fan for the entire house to help keep the temperature constant. Switch is located next to the closet in the dining area. Do not turn it off! I have provided cleaning supplies for just about anything and there should be plenty of TP and paper towels. Trash bags are in the garage to help keep the place tidy. I appreciate a general pickup of the house to make my task of keeping the house clean for my next guest. Bar Harbor is close as well if you wish more options. Hiking is within minutes or Acadia National Park access very close.
I have been part of the MDI community all my life and am very knowledgeable about most anything you may have questions about. Please reach out if you have specific questions that you cannot find online. Internet is available onsite for your convenience. Cable is basic but this new TV is 55" Roku most streaming apps are available if you have an account with the one you wish to watch. If you have a Netflix account you can use your paid subscriptions to enjoy more entertainment options.
Salem Towne Rd is a quiet street and does not have through traffic as it does dead end shortly after the house. If you have medical needs there is a clinic in Southwest Harbor and MDI Hospital is located in Bar Harbor for more serious needs. Be safe and have fun!!
