Company information

Kihei Kai Oceanfront Condos offers comfortable and completely furnished one-bedroom condos that can accommodate up to four people each. Most condos have an ocean view from their own private lanai and present a range of Hawaiian motifs. This resort is a nonsmoking facility. All condos have fully equipped electric kitchens complete with a microwave, full size appliances, air conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, and high-speed cable internet.

Property information

Kihei Kai Oceanfront Resort was the first condo on Sugar Beach. We have kept the "Old Hawaii Feeling" all these years with our beautiful tropical gardens and the Aloha Spirit throughout our resort. Our condos are each owned by different owners and each have their own flair. The managers live on-site which we feel is very important to our guests. Join us at this wonderful beach resort (no streets to cross). We hope we see you soon.

Neighbourhood information

Our neighborhood is set back away from busy South Kihei Road. We are situated between two Canoe Clubs. The Kihei Canoe Club will take you out canoeing in the mornings for a small donation. Across the street is a Farmer's Market (8-4) Monday, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and Sugar Beach Bakeshop which opens at 6:00 AM and has the most delicious malasadas, pies, cakes and musubis. Next to the bakery is an ABC Store for all your quick incidentals you may need. Next to the ABC Store is Uluani's Shave Ice which is the best on the island. It is worth standing in the long lines. Be sure to ask for the ice cream on the bottom and the cream on the top. Next is the gift shop with beautiful items made in Maui. If you walk down the beach about 5 minutes you will come to Dina's Sandwitches, this is a small sports bar with the best sandwiches.
