Hattiesburg's Hidden Cottage is the perfect respite after a day of travel, or a place to rest and recharge after seeing all that Hattiesburg has to offer. The home is set off the road, with flowering trees buffering you from people passing by. If you're not looking for this home, you might just miss it because of how the trees create a secret place. You'll see folks walking their dogs or riding bicycles on the sidewalk, as there is a walking/bike route just a few steps away. Our home is fresh, spacious and modern, but with a lot of the original charm still in place, like the glass doorknobs on all the interior doors and the original, squeaky hardwood floors throughout. The king and queen beds are both topped by very comfortable memory foam.
Hi there! We've been married 25+ years and proud parents to two boys who keep us pretty busy. We've met some of the nicest folks through guest hosting, and it makes us feel good to be able to help people feel at home when they visit our area. If you haven't tried it before, come join this warm and welcoming community. The location is very convenient whether you're visiting Hattiesburg for work or play. The home is centrally located to downtown, midtown market, Southern Miss (USM), William Carey University, Kamper Park & Zoo, and tons of restaurants and bars. This gem is nestled in a bike and pedestrian friendly neighborhood with easy access to major roads and interstates. Listen carefully and you'll faintly hear the train whistle on the kiddie ride at the nearby zoo.
