Here in the tranquil neighborhood of Ruth Hardy Park, you'll be treated to beautiful outdoor spaces made private and peaceful by tall hedges, mature landscaping, and a private swimming pool with an attached spa. Spend your days reading in the swings on the covered porch, barbecuing on the built-in gas grill, dining in the shade of the umbrella, and watching the sunset over the mountains as you gather around the firepit. At night, the two bedrooms are on opposite ends of the house, each paired with its own bathroom, TV, and DVD player. WHAT’S NEARBY This home is located in the wonderfully walkable Ruth Hardy Park neighborhood of central Palm Springs, well away from any busy streets and only two blocks from the park itself, where you'll find tennis courts and playgrounds. Palm Canyon Drive - the main strip of downtown Palm Springs known for its excellent dining, shopping, and nightlife - is less than a mile west, and the famous Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is only five miles beyond. There are also more than 125 golf courses awaiting in the Palm Springs region, so be sure to bring your clubs! THINGS TO KNOW This home is managed by Vacation Palm Springs Real Estate, Inc. Ooutdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. The utility deposit is 1 dollars,500 for 28 nights with 375 dollars added for each additional week the guest stays.
