Newly renovated and completely redecorated. This thoughtfully designed second-floor studio condo offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and tropical charm. Located right on Ali'i Drive, in the heart of Kona town, you’re just a short stroll from vibrant shops, oceanfront dining, and some of Kona’s most beloved attractions. Room for 4 guests, but 2 will be most comfortable. This is a second floor unit and there is no elevator at this property. Please be aware that you will need to climb a flight of stairs in order to access the unit. The unit has a private lanai overlooking the pool area and an incredible view of a huge umbrella tree. The beach is just across the street, and you will be able to walk to many interesting shops and delicious restaurants. We have a lovely shared pool, hot tub, BBQ and lanai areas, along with incredible lush landscaping. On site maintenance and reception for your comfort and convenience. Parking is available on a first come first serve basis. The entire unit is yours to enjoy, however, please refrain from opening any locked cabinets or closets. Mahalo! I will not be on site during your stay, but I am always available via the AirBnb app should you need anything! As with any tropical location, bugs are part of the environment. You may encounter moths, mosquitoes, stinging insects, scorpions, centipedes, cockroaches, and more. While we maintain regular pest control, housekeeping, and maintenance, keeping doors and screens tightly closed helps prevent them from coming inside. We recommend bringing bug spray and being mindful of your surroundings. Please note, bugs are not a reflection of cleanliness, and we cannot offer refunds for occasional sightings. You’ll be staying in a local condo neighborhood, so you may hear other guests, construction, traffic or yard work. More often, though, you’ll enjoy the peaceful sounds of birds singing and breezes in the trees.
Our condo is in an excellent location, right in the heart of Downtown Kona. A hot spot for events like "Iron Man", and also wonderful shopping and restaurants with incredible views. Easy walks to multiple beaches, as well as the Kona Pier.
