Aloha, welcome to the secluded Kulalani Villa in the Mauna Lani Resort! Your perfect vacation in a tranquil tropical oasis! Kulalani at Mauna Lani is a private gated community of quiet luxury townhomes, conveniently located in the prestigious Mauna Lani Resort right next to the 5-star Fairmont Orchid Resort and easy walking distance to beautiful ocean side sunsets and The Shops at Mauna Lani. Unit 205 is a 2-story upscale retreat with no one upstairs or down.  It is extremely quiet and restful with a private mountain view.  This unit offers a downstairs primary bedroom suite and two upstairs bedrooms.  Elegantly appointed for comfortable extended stay and spacious enough for entertaining.  Enjoy preparing a meal in the outdoor kitchen on your private lanai on the Viking gas barbeque - the perfect place to grill a Parker Ranch steak or fresh island fish. Parking in the attached one car garage is included. Enjoy the two pools and two hot tubs on property, or snorkel and swim in the blue waters of the ocean only minutes away.  Whales (seasonal) and sea turtles are regular spectacles as you stroll the miles of oceanside trails.   Exceptional snorkeling and private dining are included with this rental with access to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club and Napua Restaurant. *PEST CONTROL NOTICE: Interior pest control scheduled: March 6, June 5, September 4, December 4 *Please note, pool toys and non-wearable floating devices are restricted from lap pool. Minimum night varies seasonally 4 -10 nights. This is a non-smoking, no pets property.

Need-to-know information for guests at this property

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property manager within 48 hours of booking. If the agreement is not received, the reservation may be canceled. The guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation if they pass the 48 hour time frame.

Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Quiet hours are between 21:00:00 and 08:00:00. A 25% deposit and completed Guest Reservation Application are required for booking confirmation. Final payment is due 60 days before arrival. Reservations may be canceled for late payment or extenuating circumstances (e.g. double bookings, property sale, or emergency repairs).

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
