Aloha! This unit is perfect space for a party of 6, with convenient parking access. 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse at Kulalani within in the Mauna Lani Resort. Our unit includes easy access to the gated parking lot of Mauna Lani Beach Club and is walking distance to the Shops at Mauna Lani. The resort is home to one of the Big Island’s famed black sand beaches, and is a short drive away to both Mauna Kea and Hapuna Beaches. Highlights: Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The main-floor primary bedroom features a large ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds—plus a full bathroom. Kitchen & Dining: The well-appointed kitchen includes essential small appliances and BBQ tools for the built-in outdoor grill. Kulalani Recreation Center: Kulalani offers two swimming pools and a fitness center! Enjoy a resort-style pool for families, a tranquil lap pool, and a large gathering hale with BBQs and seating. The fitness center features cardio and weight training equipment. Mauna Lani Beach Club: Use your keycard to access one of the island’s top snorkeling beaches. Relax in provided cabanas and lounge chairs or dine at Napua Restaurant, offering lunch, dinner, cocktails, and smoothies. Additional Information: Pest Control Notice: Interior pest control is scheduled for March 6, June 5, September 4, and December 4. *Please note, pool toys and non-wearable floating devices are restricted from lap pool.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property manager within 48 hours of booking. If the agreement is not received, the reservation may be canceled. The guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation if they pass the 48 hour time frame.

Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Quiet hours are between 21:00:00 and 08:00:00. A 25% deposit and completed Guest Reservation Application are required for booking confirmation. Final payment is due 60 days before arrival. Reservations may be canceled for late payment or extenuating circumstances (e.g. double bookings, property sale, or emergency repairs).
