This home was built in 1986 which is newer for Santa Barbara. Nice payout and excellent for guest stays.

The 'Mesa' is a beach oriented community up a hill from downtown Santa Barbara. It is 5 minutes drive in to SB. This home is a 4-5 block walk from the beach, which requires cliff stairs down to the shoreline. The home is also 2 blocks from La Mesa Park, which overlooks for ocean from on high, and is vey kid friendly with amenities and park accessories.
