Though the inside is a dream come true, make your way out back and you will find a fabulous custom pool on the edge of the dock overlooking the canal! If you don't feel like going inside after a day by the pool, grill up some fish on the gas grill and take advantage of the oversized fish cleaning table to prepare the days catch! After the sun dips below the horizon, step back through the sliding glass doors and watch a movie on the 55-inch flatscreen TV while cozying up on the plush couches. Everyone will drift to sleep to the sound of the water nearby and recharge for the next day's activities! As of November 2024 home has all new living room updated furniture and outdoor new furniture as well, home will also have a boat on the lift year round, but plenty of space for your boat while in the home. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. An optional fee of USD 32 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
