The property is located on the west side of Tucson, near the Saguaro National Park. The neighborhood is a dirt road community where most homes have modest acreage and neighbors are several acres away. The neighborhood is very quiet and neighbors are nice. The property is very peaceful yet only 8 minutes from most major stores. The property has two trails directly connected, one on the east side through a wash and one on the west side through some open desert. The property is set at the end of a dirt road. 4x4 is not necessary, but works a little better. Besides the 2 trails on the property, walking the road is a great way to explore.
