This peaceful 1 bedroom ground floor condo is a block from Old Town La Quinta restaurants, shopping and has a nice patio for morning coffee. Close to the swimming pools and hot tubs. The Main bedroom King bed and pullout queen sleeper sofa in living room area. 1 large bathroom with shower/tub. La Quinta is the gem of the desert. Many events are hosted by La Quinta like the La Quinta Art Festival, Coachella and StageCoach Music Festivals and the AmEx Golf Tournament.
It is very easy to walk to Old Town La Quinta and surrounding areas. Otherwise take an Uber or drive. Very easy. Also public transportation is available close by.
